Eddie 12Dec19, 07:05If your taking off from the boat it will be off until you are about to launch. On land it must be on at all times. Once in the air you can turn it off
Amy 12Dec19, 06:22I assume you have an older version of our Hornet checklist. Change 2 is published and has many corrections, including BEFORE TAKEOFF, 10. Strobe light
Panther 12Dec19, 04:34Well if they’re on from pre-taxi, then they should be on pre-takeoff (unless there’s some situation where you’re required to douse them)
Emmy 12Dec19, 03:24Hmm I though it might be, perhaps it could be worded "Strobe Light - Check ON"
