A little necro-post but all well...
Reb, a friend I used to instruct with at FlightSafety was a P2V and P-3A pilot. He had some amazing stories about flying the Neptune in SEA dropping modified sonobuoys over the Ho Chi Minh trail at night. Also a few hair raising tails about single-engine oceanic crossings and almost ditching.
Cool airplane.
How did I miss this? Great pics Snoopy. Thanks for the revive Noodle, otherwise I never would've seen it.
