Just out of curiosity do you guys have an SOP handbook I can review? Downloaded what I could in guides and checklists.

We don't have a handbook like the 25th did. We've got a few Operating Instructions that cover the requirements of the 476th. We've updated them and are in draft form, they should be published next week but those documents are only in the members accesable download section. Our OIs are:
Group Level OIs
- 476-01, 476th vFG Requirements
-Chapter 1 - General Requirements
-Chapter 2 - Fixed Wing Basic Operating Procedures- 476-02, 476th vFG Aircrew Training
-Chapter 1 - General Guidance
-Chapter 2 - Initial Qualification Training (IQT)
-Chapter 3 - A-10C Mission Qualification Training (MQT)
-Chapter 4 - A-10C Weapons School- 476-02-01, 476th vFG Lead Pilot Rating
-Chapter 1 - General Guidance
-Chapter 2 - Lead Pilot Expectations
-Chapter 3 - Training and Evaluation Process
76th vFS level OIs
- 76-01, 76th vFS Requirements
We also have a couple standards:
- 476th vFG Communication Standard
- 476th vFG Mission Planning Standard
Application is in and my fingers are crossed
