LotATC would be useless on a 300-degrees view. DCS on the other hand would look quite cool

We use SAAB's tower sim software.

It's also a good demonstration of what happens when you slam the brakes on and lock the wheels on an aircraft. That was at 100 knots.

I saw the video on my phone and i wasn't sure if those objects on the tarmac at 1:31 where actually wheels... Wow, that's scary.

I swear last night, only the Herc was parked at our airbase, but when I arrived to work this morning, Herky hatched a new grey baby

Anyhow, the USAF 'invaded' our airbase this week for a joint exercise... more pics by the end of the week.

Been a while but here are some updates:

Busy sky in the Paris Area.

Pretty big rain shower in front with a nice rainbow. (and my little pony's)

And after takeoff into that same rain shower causing a fantastic halo!

Specially for our rotorheads! Big mofo (actually 3 of them) at Thessaloniki, Greece.

    And in flight:

Last week climbing out of Amsterdam in between a magical layer in the morning sunrise.

That pic is taken at Apex. If you zoom in, you can see the sing on the right were it says Nellis and Apex.
