    No you cannot display the preset numbers on the display that I know of. The only thing DCS related I do know of, is some sort of outdated DCS app that shows airport info in the display, but I believe it is discontinued.
    However, if DCS outputs the preset values to some file you can read from, you could -in theory- write an app for the G13/15 displaying what you want. There are editors for that, but I have no experience whatsoever with those.

    on my g510 the software allows you to have the macro's name/identifier pop up on the LCD when the G-key is pressed...
