DCS & nVidea inspector

I have a graphics card Nvidea GeForce NTX680.
Question: Does anyone use NVIDEA inspector for graphich settings in DCS?
Nvidea inspector was very helpful for MS FS9 and FSX simulators, so I wonder whether it is also useful for DCS?

p.s.
does anyone use any other graphic settings outside the DCS options?
Maybe nVidea control panel/Manage 3D settings?

I haven't played with any external settings at all myself. I suppose it could be helpful if you find the right one, but with a 680 you shouldn't be a place where you have to tweak to gain playable/stable frame rates.
