    Gadzooks! Do we need a better water tower model? What is that monstrosity?

    Also, i just realized that I didn't include a container standing on its end...crap. now I need to update it for sure.

    I used a water tower for the "metal tower" entries.
    As you can see it's not the best.

    For the next targets, I'm using the "watch tower armed" as a -->placeholder<--
    (see what I did there ?)

    The Range Objects mod has been updated to Version 1.6.

    Added new container target configurations, concrete bunkers, and earthen revetments.

    Great selection of target range objects, but I've run into a rendering issue with some of them. Particularly the strafe targets seem to render improperly, with the dirt track or circle on the ground rendering in front of the 3d objects (e.g. the target chute, the tank wreckage or other planes).

    Anyone else got this? Maybe an issue with the latest DCS updates or known driver issue?



    In the screenshot there is a whole C130 parked on the dirt track, but the dirt renders on top of the plane, obscuring it almost completely. The target chute as well is only partially visible.

    Gentlemen,

    Just curious how the fix for the range targets is coming. NOT whining, Bitchin or Complaining...Just curious.

    ANNNNNNND nevermind...I am a nugget for not checking download page first. I have found that some of the targets are in the correct location but turned from the correct heading (Strafe pits for example) other than that great update.

    The orientation of the targets is determined during export from 3ds, and some of my settings were inconsistent with past updates. I could fix it, but I'll probably wait until there's a new batch of objects ready to be added to the download.
