Astro - saying hello

Hello 476th - long time no see! I am just poking my head in to say hello, and it's great to see so many of the same people around that were present during my brief time of activity with the 476th. If you don't remember, I left because my son was born and couldn't commit to flights on a regular basis.

Well, now he's 1.5 years old, and I'm flying a lot more frequently now (even teaching two family members DCS A-10 and flying online with them). I wish that meant I could sign up for the next class and come back, but...my next son is due next month.

I'll be back eventually, I promise! I very much look forward to flying with you all again.

Well life is good - two healthy kiddos, and a nice home cockpit built and ready for some A-10 flying. What's a guy got to do to get back into the 476th? Go through the formal application process again?

Just poking my head in again! Got a new PC, running 2.0 like a dream, home pit is nice and cozy, checking often for open recruitment. Even if I don't make the next class, I gotta say thank you for all you guys do for the community by sharing your knowledge. Always learning something from someone in the 476th.
