Out of curiosity, and it you're willing to tell... How much do you reckon you've roughly spent each to get a proper chair and multi-monitor set up like that working (and then a powerful enough rig to handle such high resolutions). I think I would have to either win the lottery, or marry a lass with lots of money to afford such things lol.

I'd guesstimate I have invested around $5000 or so. But I've worked on my rig for a while, it didn't come together overnight and a lot of it I did myself.
My seat (and man it's comfortable) is a Toyota sport truck seat a friend gave me, (but they are cheap at a salvage yard, my brother got one for $35) I made the platform from spare junk around the shop.
I built my own PC and some of the extras you see hanging from my desk.
And what makes it all possible....is a good defense...
My defense is that this hobby unlike so many others I've had in the past keeps me at home and a lot cheaper than the motorcycle I want.
And with that perspective, she says yes every time I need something....lol

I couldn't say for me, this is a living project. I tried to make things upgrade'able and added things as I got extra cash. This pit pretty much 100 dollered me to death, hunderd here, hundred there, once a or twice a month for a few years.

I recall I got a fat tax return, and the Jeep was mostly done, so I went to my local Fry's and started buying parts for this PC with this SIM in mind, none of this stuff was around when I brought home a grocery cart full of PC crap. I think that 24" monitor is the oldest part aside from the antique library desk it sits on, and the loose nut looking at it.

The chair was 20 and 50 at a time, buying just enough stuff required hold the stuff I needed for that moment. I need to update my photo's, but I'll wait till I get the kicker and CP48 mounted, and the heat pad mounted under the chair, I keep the room really cold..

Lol, well in my case I have a motorcycle and a PC so that's most likely why I can't afford something like that. Hell for what I paid for my helmet, leathers, gloves, boots and all the other stuff like exhausts etc I probably could have bought my dream PC with some change to spare.

I really need to get myself a proper seat. I'm using a squeaky old office chair I've had for about 15 years at the moment. I want a decently priced bucket seat style one that I can mount a centre stick to. Anyone got any plug and play suggestions?

This looks great but has been out of stock for over a year now

I'd guess between 5,000 and 6,000 dollars. I also have a motorcycle so I rotate what gets upgrades between DCS and my Victory.
