So I've downloaded and installed Kneeboard Builder and it's quite a nifty little mod, I highly recommend it.

My question is does anyone know if it's possible to remove the default DCS airfield information from the kneeboard? It clutters up my custom prettiness.

You can not delete the standard charts with the tool.
But you can just remove all of those charts from the DCS install.
Look in \DCS World\Bazar\Terrain\Kneeboard
there they all are, and you can just delete (or move) them. Keep in mind they will be back with the next update/repair, but it's a simple procedure.

I am still new to DCS as a whole but I was wondering if anyone could provide some details on how to move the standard kneeboard. I am running 3 monitors and I know the standard position in lower right but was trying to relocate tot he lower left of my right most monitor.

It has a feature within the menu that let's you drag the position and resize the Kneeboard.
