Single player training is ok, sometimes it's better to do it online and even better to do it with someone.

That way you see how someone does it and then that person can direct you with to high/low/fast/slow/ahead/far etc from observation point.

Other that that, nothing else to add, as they covered it all.

True word, in addition, yesterday Hammer en i took Wendol to the tanker for his first time.
We did the AAR en let Wendol watch how we did things.
After that Wendol only tried to fly in formation with the tanker and he did a great job by taking his time and picking up things slowly.

When I tried yesterday I was able to stay connected as never before... but when it was allmost done, Shell-1 RTB and I had to wait for Shell-2...
Finally Fixed my ingame Radio Issues, so the tanker finally responded... :-)
Practice, practice and practice... and trying to stay relaxed while connected.

    Yeah, saw that happen.
Actually, Overlord did make a call about Shell 1 leaving the track. Shell2 was like 2 minutes out

Once you do get it down - and we know you will - don't forget to keep practicing. For some, AAR is a fickle mistress and will not pass up an opportunity to embarass you in front of your squad mates. Try to get in some refueling every time you go up; it can take as few as a couple of days to lose your edge. Some here don't have that problem but I've yet to find a pill that cures "AAR Performance Anxiety".

Things are improving.... I can get on the tanker nearly every time now, but sometimes its really ugly!! And think I've have my first transfer complete I think its coming together slowly and just need to fine tune things. I've put some hours in getting to this point and find myself coming away from the tanker mentally exhausted . Cheers for all the help guys it's not been in vain!!!!
