    Operation Stronghold - 132nd Joint Ops 21st June 2015

The stream of the flight is now on Youtube. Processing at the time of this post, but will shortly be available for anyone wanting to watch a 476th flight in action, with human ATC & AWACS provided by the 132nd Virtual Wing.

Despite having to abort and RTB due to an aries fault, it was a thoroughly enjoyable mission.

    We barely were out there.

At least I had a few planes to recover before I had to log off xD

Bugger. I'll have to edit it a bit and then upload again tonight. I guess can cut out the first start up before Aries died the first time around.

Ok, video should now be back up. Had to confirm my google account to allow unlimited length uploads.

And for those interested in joining the 476th in the future, and those who are awaiting a spot, the above is a prime example of why one of our interview questions is "how would you feel about flying for 2 hours or more and having to RTB without firing a shot".

Eddie was even kind enough to indulge my questions during the mission, when he wasn't busy of course. Watching some of the nuances during the mission was very informative. Highly recommended. I thought of it as watching from the backseat.

Great video guys. I'll try to get onto one of the streams soon!

That YA-10B was cool. Shame it never got picked up.
