Windows 10 installed, it is definitely different than 7, 8+ users will be more familiar with it I'm sure, everything seems to be working perfectly. The most notable change: the Speed, my pc was already fast, but everything I click on I can tell a difference. The new Edge browser is very impressive so far as well.
Just as an update, the Saitek driver trick only works with profiles that use very little of the profiler. Its also very unstable as I can only get about 2-3 hrs of flying before something goes weird requiring a restart of the computer and a reload of the drivers. Thank god my A-10 profile works.
Saitek tweeted they are aware of the issues and are working on it. My question to them is what the hell have they been doing for the last 2 months during the RC's that were stable? Ugh you would think they would have worked something out sooner.
Oh and the kicker is I cant go back to my windows 7 build, windows 10 decided it wanted to delete the windows.old folder. Grrrrr
Waiting for win 10 update to arrive on my laptop. 8.1 seems faster that 7 so once I experience 10, I just might switch my gaming PC from 7 to 10 directly. Also I'll use that time to install the mSSD directly on the the mobo(two SSD's yeyy!)

What's the issue with saitek? Does it affect the rudder pedals?

As a side note, I ran the windows update from 7-10 and everything appears to be working still although I haven't got round to reinstalling DCS yet. Very impressed so far.

And to answer some previous questions: yes, you can configure the Windows updates to your preference as with previous versions. Yes, you can send the updates to all or any of your PCs on your network.
So far, I'm liking 10 and the speed is astounding!
There is one program that I can't get to work, LotAtc, I have sent a request to Dart for information regarding the use of his program on 10 and waiting for an answer. Hope to get this resolved soon.

On laptop i have legit 8.1 and i signed up for 10 upgrade. I'm still waiting for the upgrade :-)
Than I'll switch my gaming rig. :-)
Update: Just received a reply from Dart, he says that LotAtc has not been tested on Windows 10 yet but as soon as he gets back from his Holiday, he will start testing. If anyone else has LotAtc working on 10, please advise.
10 does create a "Windows.old" folder and you also have the option to completely revert back to your original operating system within 30 days of installing 10 through Settings / Update & Security / Recovery
