No, not in the A-10.
Most transport aircraft have auto-spoilers which, when armed, automatically extend the spoilers/speedbrakes/lift-dumpers upon main landing gear strut compression during landing. However, such systems are not generally used on fighter type aircraft.
I'd be curious if there are any exceptions to the rule. The Tornado and Viggen might be candidates for such a thing, given their unique design features. But I know next to nothing about those two types.
