Death Notice

The mother of my wife and I's best friend just died in hospital about 30 minutes ago. As deaths go it was a "good" one, with family by her side when she passed.

Our friend is staying with us, making our house a place of mourning. This being said, I'll have to be off the flying schedule until our friend leaves which should be around Sunday.

I'm terribly sorry for all the time I've missed recently; I'm here because I love flying with everyone. Please understand I've got a lot more than just this on my plate right now but I'm trying very hard to put distance between me and these distractions.

No need to apologize; real life seems to be getting in the way for many of us lately. It's nice to have a group of friends and a fun activity to retreat to when we we need a break from all of the "reality".
