Did you do the changes to the graphics.cfg file like described in the installation instructions ?

got it now, thanks. Thought that was for the ka50 only.
EDIT: Kindly disregard. I was not selecting the correct COUNTRY for the KA50, therefore the 476th skins were not showing up in the list. Sometimes it's painful to be so dumb.
All right....I gotta throw myself on my sword here.....
I have installed the skins into A10 with no issue. Blackshark 2 however, has given me some headaches. Nothing different shows up as a selectable skin in the mission planner in BS2. So the end result is that I only have the stock skins in BS2 for the ka-50.
I'm pretty sure that I followed the directions correctly, but obviously, I'm missing something here.
Additionally, I inferred from the readme that the ka50 skins should be installed in A10 and the A10 skins should be installed in BS2 using their respective folders.
Can someone help me out here? Kinda left me scratching my head......
