question about recommended documentation

I have been thinking on applying on the next recruitment window, is there a list of recommended trainings/SOPs/documents to read besides the documents already on the download section?

in general I'm looking for stuff to read to improve my overall experience by learning what I can.

For now, besides the documents already available in the downloads section, the best thing to do is focus on the basic requirements listed on the recruiting page. When applications are reviewed, and interviews are successful, there is a check flight before being accepted to ensure the basic skills listed on the page are achievable. Everything else is taught after joining.
