I'm looking at finally purchasing a few modules. My biggest concern is mapping the HOTAS to the new modules. Since all of my keyboard keys are mapped to the A-10C, If I re-map all the settings to the F-5/F-15, will I lose my settings to the A10C?

Nope, aircraft control bindings are completely platform independant.

The only issue you'll have is trying to remember where you put all your bindings. I have that problem when I switch to the F-5 for fighter training. I always forget what and where I bind things. I probably should fly it more often lol.
