Question Question about LFE Departure / Holding

    Hello Lads,

Makeshift here from the 132nd. Dojo encouraged us to try our hand at the procedures you guys have set up in the 11-250. Since I'm the kind of pilot that thinks that flying this kind of stuff is the best fun you can have with an aircraft (crazy me) I've decided to give it a shot.

Since I don't have a clue how the A-10 works I'm flying all the procedures in the Mirage. Which is no problem until I get to the LFE Departure / Holding procedures on page 20 of the 11-250 document. It's no problem getting to JUNNO or DREAM since they are part of the DREAM LOW departure, but I'm a bit unsure how to get to any of the other points that are mentioned on EGLIN or SALLY routing charts.

Are these point's you are meant to be able to navigate to (and am I missing instructions on how to get there?) or will you get vectored to them when you obtain clearance to enter the ranges from ATC?

    Thanks in advance,

    132nd.Makeshift

    Hey Makeshift,

You'll have to program those points into your INS.
Soon, all of the 132nd will have access to our NTTR site. Part of that site is a list of every point on the map, in different coordinate formats.
For now, you can grab the coordinates from GE.

Providing CAS when you're all out of HUA!
