    Copy paste everything from zip file in to existing install folder.

    I tried to do that and it said that I couldn't because SR-Clientradio.exe is still running. That would explain the whole overlay problem but the issue is that I don't know how to close out of that program

    Troubleshoot: Do you have the overlay mapped to a certain key? If so, open it and shut it down.

    Look for the .exe in Task Manager and kill. Or boot into safe mode and install it that way.
