    Quick sound question.

Is there anyway to get DCS to funnel all sound out of my speakers and just funnel chat thru headphones?

    Thanks

I got DCS through the speakers, and everything on TS on the headphones. I guess that's what you want.

Possible if you have 2 sound devices in your pc. Most modern sound devices in your pc will have an option to split adio streams towards the different plugs available on the machine.
I'm using a G110 keyboard, what has a speaker and mice plug. Once connected, it's a new device in windows.
Make the speakers the default sound device in windows. In teamspeak, you can configure what sound devices to use seperatly.

I use the standard onboard soundcard (Realtek) of my MSI motherboard.
The sound is good enough for my purpose and it has the option to split sound over serveral outputs.
Main sound goes via rear output (5.1 surroud speakers) and TS (headphone) via front out/input.

cool thanks guys. I run a Logitech G510 with mic/headphone inputs. So it shouldnt be an issue. Just to be clear everything TS and TARS related will come thru the headphones anything else thru the speakers, right?

Yep! I have a Creative SC and a Sennheiser USB headset. Easy way to do it is leave DCS alone, go into Settings then Options tab on TS. Once there, select Playback and make your headset the playback device (it should be listed on the drop-down menu). Go to Capture and make sure your headset is setup there as well, just to be sure.

On more quick question, Will the in game radio calls transmit thru the headset too. For example I know that any call transmitted by a player thru TARS is played thru TS. But is an AI AWACS call transmitted thru TARS as well?

Nope, that is still over the speakers. DCS is by itself not able to split different audio streams.
    Would be a nice feature.
