Everything appears to be correctly unzipped, no nested folder, etc. Does the mission editor need to be pointed to that folder?

    No.

Can you take a screenshot and share it here, showing the installation tree of where you have your saved games directory/DCS/Mods or however you may have your installation path?

    Hey Pmedic.

On your first screenshot, when you open your "476 Range Targets 14NOV19" folder shown in the screenshot, are there several folders and files in that folder, or does it contain another "476 Range Targets 14NOV19" folder? If there's another "476 Range Targets 14NOV19" folder there, that's a problem.

    Installation looks correct.
Do you have the range targets icon on the main screen ?

Maybe stupid question, but asking nonetheless: you installed in the Open Beta folder. Is that also the DCS version you're checking ?

Check the dcs_variant file in your DCS installation on you D drive, it should say openbeta.

Yes I installed in DCS Open Beta I have DCS stable, but 99% of the time I use open beta. And I don't have any range target Icon that I see anywhere.
