Since it's the nth time this happens, I'll make a forum post so that everyone is aware: if I suddenly disappear from TS, my PC froze. Everything is on an SSD so I should be back in a minute or so.
Basically my PC likes to give up when the CPU is throttled back in idle or at low cycles. I'd go through the troubleshooting process, but this current BIOS configuration (RAM speeds, CPU clock/FSB, and so on) nets me a remarkably stable system as far as DCS is concerned (haven't crashed or frozen once in months). Since I value stability ingame more than I do stability at idle, I won't spoil it.
