Nice response time! You guys are seriously the best.

On form 70 I've also noticed that the number of columns shifted to the following page increases by 1 every page. For example, if there should be 4 total pages, page 2 will have 1 column from page 1, page 3 will have 2 columns from page 2, page 4 will have 3 columns from page 3, and then a 5th page is generated with the 4 remaining columns shifted from page 4. If that doesn't make sense I can whip up an example and send you the actual PDF if that's more helpful than screenshots.

It looks as if your Excel is changing the format of the margins. It's weird because that's usually personalized for each individual worksheet.

The only solution I can provide is a messy one and requires some excel work.
    What you can do is:
1- Open the FPT, and DO NOT ENABLE MACROS.
2- Right click on the bottom ribbon where all the sheet names are and select "Show".
3- Navigate through the list of hidden sheets, find and select "A-10C TOLD - Exp" and click OK.
    4- Repeat step 3 for "F-5E TOLD - Exp" and "Form 70 - Exp".
5- Once all those sheets are enabled, go to each one of them and select the "Design" tab on the top ribbon of excel.
6- Go to Margins and select the thinnest margin. DO this for all three sheets.
    7- Save FPT and exit.
8- Open the FPT again and this time ENABLE MACROS. That will boot up the FPT.
    9- Export the docs.

This might not work but it's the only thing I could think of. Good luck!

What would cause the exporting of files to not work? I have tried on several computers and all end with the same result. I get a notification that the exported files are in the folder but there's nothing there. I'm using Office 360 btw.

They should be in your standard "My Documents" folder.
    The notification is indeed off.

Okay so while following your steps above, I figured out my issue. My system somehow decided it was going to use an alternate printer by default...one that isn't even actually a printer. I don't print files from this PC which is why I've never caught it before, but my system somehow determined that one of my circuit simulation software tools was a printer and set it to default. I set my actual printer as default and removed the bogus printer and all is well.

    Cheers!
