Basically they did a bit start jet on the runway. I took off, flew a little to get use to the real world stick inputs then went to Grand Bay. I did a couple 30 degree gun runs, a couple rocket passes and one Maverick run. Then I flew back to Moody. Did an overhead break, missed approach, and then another overhead and full stop. Active duty pilots are required a minimum of three simulator missions per month, Reserve pilots only one.

Some thoughts about DCS a-10C compared to this sim.

DCS World wins the graphics award (not surprising). We already knew ED has the engines under powered, I easily got up to 300 knots with externals. The pilot that took me over gave me some basic instructions, once he saw me navigate through CDU pages and the DSMS he said "you've got this, I'm going to go talk to the sim controller).

Hoping to get another hour in it when I'm down here for annual tour again in September. Couldn't take pictures because phones aren't allowed in.
What suite do they have there?
