    Verify that this is your folder structure: "\Saved Games\DCS.inst3\Mods\tech\476RangeTargets"

    (your DCS install's name will vary of course)

    thanks guys. Fixed it.
    I had it in both location - stupid me. When just in Saved Games it works.

    Rule of thumb, if it has an entry.LUA to define a module, it belongs in the Saved Games.
