As I'm finishing up my re-install, I'm wondering where I need to install JSGME? I don't remember if it is the Eagle Dynamics or in the saved games file? Please advise.

I have mine in the install/root folder for DCS. ie. C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World 2 OpenAlpha

You should try to use OVGME. It’s suprisingly easy to use and can update automatically any Mod. It’s pretty easy Gliptal set up the repository and it works very well.
