Ehm.. We set MIL power and rotate at the appropriate rotation speed. Works like a charm, you should try it!

    Hi Dazer,
did you notice what your rotation speed was during takeoff?

    Hi Lynx,

Sure, @ first I rotated @ 150 knots, then I noticed @ a Utube video it can be done with 130 knots.
But still, sometimes I get a flat tire. So.... I was wondering: I use a X-56 joystick, with curves on my rudder twist.
When I gain speed at the runway, my A-10C has a deviation to the right, so I compensate to the left.
This causes friction, and this creates the flat tire?

Do you turn off the Nose Wheel Steering passing 70kts during the takeoff roll? Do you do minor and smooth corrections during the takeoff roll?

Yes, of course. @ 80 kts, I turn off the nose wheel steering and I also do the minor corrections.......
But ok, I'll pull the joystick a little slower when I rotate.

Mmm ok. What’s your usual loadout when you experience a flat tire at takeoff?

    My usual loadout: AGM-65H*3, AGM-65H*3, CBU-97*4, TGP, ECM, AIM-9*2
But why do you wanna know this, an A-10C must carry this as a standard, right?

Anyway, I appreciate your help a lot. Let me first practice the "Slow-pull-joystick-rotate" first.
And see how my tires will keep up now, deal?

    There you go...

    How about this for training:
    1x AN/ASQ-T50
    1x TGP
    1x TGM-65G
    1x CATM-65
    2x 3x BDU-33

All of a sudden your A-10C will float around in the skies by itself.

In all seriousness: what you're describing is far from what the A-10C will carry IRL. You're not to blame, Hollywood and the Internet Sky Warriors are to blame. Just take our word for it for now.

With such a loadout your aircraft is exceeding the MTOW (Max takeoff weight) by 1000/2000lbs
As Oliver suggested, try to make it a bit lighter with the loadout he mentioned and remember to never exceed a takeoff weight of 46000lbs. This could have been the reason of your flat tire.
