    Sound Issue

I am having a sound issue after a recent update. I do not have speakers and no sound is coming from my headphones. Every time I increase the volume bar at the bottom of the screen, it moves itself down to zero. I am thinking it is a headphone issue as there is no other way to get sound but I just want to check with you professionals. Thanks.

Sounds like a W10 1803 issue. Realtek drivers?

I had the same issue with the last Windows update Ski. I unplugged my headphones while in Windows and plugged them back in and that solved it for me. (I guess a driver issue)

Did you try, while windows is active, to unplug your speakers and plug them back in?

I do not use speakers, only a headset. Could it be that the headset took a shit?
