I'm calling shenanigans...you must've hired someone to help you! Looking good and making me want to build one. I've got my A-10 UFC coming in the mail any day and a nice bonus from work around the corner. Do I build a pit or do something responsible with it?

Why be responsible, you have to do that in your day job

Well the goal is to have it in Harry’s Pit by Saturday. I just need to stain it and let it stay and then move it. My girlfriend is going to install the keyboard stand but that can come after. I think with the new Rudder pedals and extension it would be best to test that out all single player like.

    And thanks Tex!

So this might come as a surprise but I hate the Viper. It tried to kill me, TWICE!

And DONE! Well kind of. The building is finished and it’s installed in Harry’s Pit. Unfortunately the seat is about the most uncomfortable seat ever made. I’ll be removing it and tearing the back off. Then I’ll be removing the hump so I can make it flat. But all in all I’m happy with it and it was fun to build.

This seat is poorly designed in the lumbar area, no where near how the real seat is.

It’s like it was designed for a very small person. The hump is way too low and no lumbar support. I’ll fix it, at some point. But it’s just uncomfortable lol

Maybe so, but doesn’t change the fact that the real ACES II is still very uncomfortable IMO.
