    Low altitud tactical navigation routes

    Hi guys,

I plan to make some mission tactical formation training at low altitud and I see you have the LATN routes in your NTTR mission file. I would like to prepare some realistic FP to fly these routes, so I would apreciate any advice. Do you fly all the WPTS? What kind of departure is used to get these routes?

    Thanks

    Hey Astiles,

The waypoints in the mission aren't routes. They mark the edge of the LATN areas around the NTTR.

Ok, nice to know, so if I understand, you must fly inside the waypoints marked area, right?

    Correct.
The LATN areas outside the NTTR and can be used if the NTTR is completely scheduled. They can be used by helicopters and A-10’s between 50 and 1500 feet. Urban areas must be avoided.
