I took a trip out to the Rex Range this afternoon to rain mildly irritating white smoke upon the lazy enemy armor. It went something like this:
Cruising toward Rex at 15,000ft over a scattered layer of clouds.
Driving in toward the target area to VID the armor.
Couds are partially obscuring the target.
Tally armor, left 10 o'clock.
Kitten 11, in hot!
Two tank commanders are slightly annoyed by the smoke from my BDUs.
If only I had some Mk-84s for those bunkers...
Some 30mm TP generated a more satisfying black smoke.
Some more TP for his comrade.
In hot for a third gun pass.
I got a little steep on the last gun run, leading to a 6k open and a 5k cease.
I was too far away to cause enough damage with the TP rounds; lots of dirt and debris visible.
FENCE out, Ops Check 5.1.
Nice lighting as I descend toward Initial for runway 09 at Senaki.
Just before the break.
