Congratulations to 476th for the 8 years (a bit late, but since I just arrive I guess I have a excuse).
I'm not a squad member (hope join soon) but since 3 years ago when I started in DCS, I saw 476th as a reference. So, also congratulations for the achievement, I guess this video makes very clear the proefiency all pilots have (never saw in DCS aircrafts so nicely parked) ...
