    Nellis 21R Overhead Break

On the 21R Overhead Break in an F-15, what is the correct distance from the runway on the downwind leg and also when is the correct distance to turn on to base? Are there any landmarks used, like the Race Track or highways?

    Thanks for any help

It's something we are still refining. But currently we say put the intersection on the I-15 that lies north of the racetrack, down the right hand side of the aircraft. And then turn a little bit before you reach the 45 degree from the threshold.

Bear in mind that if you are heavy you will turn wider. So make sure you give some more room if you are much higher than the 6000lbs fuel+bombs mark.
