my medical mental condition

In the past few weeks i noticed that my hearing was becoming less and was feeling some pressure on both ears.
Also I noticed suddenly that I suffer from tinnitus.
After a few hospital visits it is indeed confirmed that i suffer from tinnitus and a light version of hyperacusis (hypersensitive to sharp sound)
I have trouble sleeping because of this constant sound in my head, it is a real torment.

During the day most of the tinnitus is masked by surrounding sounds but at night, when it is quiet, it is hard te ignore.
Sleeping with headphones, listening to soft music is how i get through the nights at the moment.

A few weeks ago i didn't even know about this disorder but it seems that many people suffer from this .
All my activitties are set to a low level, also the ones i like doing, like flying.
Hope you understand this and understand why i won't be online as much as i want to.
