Strange, never had this issue.
Having the saitek combat rudders here.
I always release brakes "at once". And, I did do some take offs already...
Is it maybe a drivers issue ?
Providing CAS when you're all out of HUA!

Well, I'll be damned. I have managed to reproduce it, not only with my Saitek pedals, but also (once) using the throttle "friction" axis on my Warthog. It seems it's related to fast axis movement not being picked up by DCS. It may be the case that older/cheaper hardware like the Saitek pedals are more prone to this as they might have a slower USB report rate (I can't verify this as I can't find out the polling rate for Saitek hardware).
I'll report it, and see what happens.
If polling is the problem, that would explain why this seems to be most common on the Saitek pro pedals. The toe brakes on the SP pedals have a very short travel and move the cursor very quickly.
In that aspect, my pedals are plugged into a powered USB hub, with a USB 2.0 connection. I now wonder if the hub has anything to do with it. I will have to experiment with plugging them in directly instead.
