    My First Post

    Hello everyone!

    I just learned about the 476th today and am very interested in getting to know everyone and (hopefully) start flying with you.

    I've put in an application and got the "Invite for Interview" message, but wasn't sure how to schedule the interview. Any help would be most appreciated.

    A bit about me... I'm a life-long flight simmer, going all the way back to Sublogic's "Flight Simulator II" on the Commodore 64. Aviation in any form has been a passion for me my whole life. I got my private pilot license quite a while ago, but unfortunately, I haven't flown full-scale in a long time. I still enjoy aviation through Radio-Controlled models & drones. I have really gotten into DCS over the past 2 years, and chose to focus on the F/A-18C. My favorite plane is actually the F-16, but I also really like carrier operations, so the '18 won out.

    Hi! Welcome to the forums. The Hornet may have carrier landings but the Viper has a challenging landing every time! Wake turbulence and crosswind are no joke!
