Hi Everyone! Looking for Suggestions

Hi everyone. Been lurking here for a while reading up and enjoying some of the YouTube content put out by various members. I'm a married dad of 3, YouTuber, long time flight simmer, my first being Chuck Yeager's Flight Simulator back in '87. Flew a ton in Chuck Yeager's Air Combat as well as Falcon 4.0 back in the day. I've dabbled in DCS, off and on for a while but I've been flying more the last year or so than any other time. Right now, I'm pretty heavy into the Viper but flown a ton in the Hornet. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone could suggest any people or groups for beginner to intermediate pilots to get their feet wet. I'm looking to learn brevity, formations, tactics, etc. and just in general a fun group of people to fly with.
